The Limbeck Band holds a special place in my heart, and every time I see them live, it feels like coming home. For nearly 20 years, they’ve been a part of my life—yes, I was only 12 at my first show—and along the way, I’ve built lasting friendships through this shared love. I’m beyond grateful that Limbeck still plays a few shows here and there, giving us all the chance to reunite, reminisce, and catch up. But this night was even more special because it was my husband’s first time experiencing Limbeck full band!

We pulled up to The Roxy Theatre in Los Angeles, CA just before doors opened. The energy was already buzzing, and to top it off, we realized Mötley Crüe was playing just down the street at the legendary Whisky a Go Go, which made for some top-tier people-watching. On stage, Pat & Robb had a blast riffing about it, throwing in their usual witty banter that had the crowd laughing.

Though Limbeck was opening for The Anniversary and the set was shorter than I’d hoped, they wasted no time, packing the night with ALL the hits. The highlight? A brand-new track called "Kooks (Are What We Are)," which should be available for purchase soon for those of you that couldn’t make it to the show. As always, the room was filled with infectious energy—dancing, clapping, screaming "MILWAUKEE!" at the top of our lungs, and, of course, drinks in hand, all snug in our new Limbeck koozies.

It was a night of nostalgia, joy, and pure Limbeck magic, leaving us counting down the days until we can do it all over again.
